Order & Payment
Order directly on our website at ketocake.com.my. Choose your cake, select your delivery date, add to cart and checkout. Payment via credit/debit card, FPX, or e-wallet.
Our cakes use allulose, a zero-glycaemic natural sweetener with no detectable sucrose, fructose, or glucose (lab-tested). However, please consult your doctor before consuming if you are managing a medical condition.
Yes, we offer B2B and bulk orders for corporate gifting, events, and cafe partners. Email hello@ketocake.com.my for pricing.
Shipping & Delivery
We deliver within the Klang Valley only, up to 40km from our shop in Taman Mayang Jaya, Petaling Jaya. We do not deliver to East Malaysia or internationally.
Same-day delivery: order before 2pm for same-day delivery. Next-day delivery: order by 12am for delivery the following business day.
Cakes are packed in a paper bag or insulated bag. Ice creams are packed with 1 piece of dry ice. Please refrigerate cakes and freeze ice creams immediately upon receipt.
Yes! Self-collection is available Tuesday to Saturday, 10:30am to 5:30pm at 37, Jalan SS 26/15, Taman Mayang Jaya, 47301 Petaling Jaya.
We deliver Tuesday to Saturday. We are closed on Sundays and Mondays.
Product & Ingredients
We use allulose — a naturally occurring sugar found in small amounts in figs and raisins. It has near-zero calories and does not raise blood sugar. We also use inulin (a prebiotic fibre).
Our cakes are flour-free and use almond flour. However, they are produced in a facility that also handles wheat. We recommend caution if you have a severe gluten allergy.
Yes. All Keto Cake products contain eggs and dairy (cream, mascarpone). They are not suitable for vegans.
Consume within 3 days of delivery. Keep refrigerated at all times. Our cakes are meant to be eaten straight from the fridge.
