Refund policy

At Keto Cake, every cake is freshly made to order and handled with the highest food safety standards. Due to the perishable nature of our sugar-free, flour-free cakes, we are unable to accept returns once the order has been delivered or collected.

We accept refund or replacement requests only in the following situations:

• Your order arrived damaged beyond consumption (photo evidence required within 2 hours of delivery).
• Wrong item was delivered (different from your confirmed order).

To request a refund or replacement, please email hello@ketocake.com.my or WhatsApp us within 2 hours of receiving your order. Include your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description.

Refunds (if approved) would be by voucher or bank transfer. Method of refund will depend on the case.

Cancellation Policy:

• Same-day orders: No cancellation once confirmed.
• Next-day or future orders: Kindly inform us 2 days prior to your fulfilment date for any changes or cancellations.
