Shipping policy

 

Keto Cake delivers freshly made keto cakes, sugar-free cakes, and low-carb desserts within the Klang Valley. We deliver within 40km from our bakery in Petaling Jaya.

Delivery Coverage:

• Same-Day Delivery: Klang Valley (within 40km from our shop in PJ) — order before 2pm.
• Next-Day Delivery: Klang Valley (within 40km from our shop in PJ).
• Self-Collection: Available Tue–Sat, 10:30am–5:30pm at 37, Jalan SS 26/15, Taman Mayang Jaya, Petaling Jaya.

Packaging:

All cakes are packed in a paper bag. Slice and swiss roll sets are packed in insulated bags. All ice creams are packed in an insulated bag with 1 piece of dry ice. Cakes must be refrigerated upon receipt and consumed within the shelf life stated on our website. Ice creams must be frozen upon receiving.

We are closed on Sundays and Mondays. Orders placed on these days will be processed on the next available business day.
